Are your sublimation mugs supplied printed?

Our sublimation mugs are supplied as blanks for you to print. Choose a product explicitly described as suitable for sublimation; a plain ceramic mug is not automatically suitable for that process.

Can I buy a single mug or a larger pack?

Selected mug ranges offer 1, 6, 12 and 36-piece options. Check the options on the product page. The quantity selector counts the selected pack, so quantity 2 of a 36-piece pack means 72 mugs.

Are gift boxes included?

This depends on the product and selected packaging option. Check the product description before ordering. If you are posting mugs to customers, browse our mug mailing boxes and check their dimensions and protective-packaging requirements.

What printing settings should I use?

Use guidance for your specific blank, press and consumables. Check that the press attachment fits the mug and test one item before a production run. Contact us if you need to confirm compatibility; settings for a different supplier's mug may not suit your blank.

Do prices include VAT?

Product prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

How long does delivery take?

UK mainland delivery is normally 1–2 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Check any item-specific lead time and the delivery options available at checkout. For other destinations, contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £200 excluding VAT. The offer does not apply to other destinations.

Can I return an order?

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Eligible business change-of-mind returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee where agreed at purchase. This fee does not apply to statutory consumer cancellations or faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
