Shipping policy

UK mainland delivery normally takes 1–2 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Any different lead time shown on a product page or at checkout applies to that order.

Free delivery is available on UK mainland orders over £200 excluding VAT. Product prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT and delivery charges are shown at checkout.

For destinations outside the UK mainland, available delivery services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. The UK mainland free-delivery offer does not apply to these destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Tracking details will be provided when available. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact office@gaffcoltd.com as soon as possible if you need to correct it; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact office@gaffcoltd.com with your order number so we can help. Delivery estimates do not affect your statutory rights.
