When Can I Expect Delivery of My Shipment?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
FedEx Next Day Delivery – 1 working day
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1–2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2–3 working days
Please note: Delivery times begin from the shipment date, not the order date.
Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, inspections, high seasonal demand, or unexpected carrier transit issues.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
